Rankings Hiring Process
Resume Review
Every application is carefully reviewed by our Talent Acquisition team, not by AI. We take the time to evaluate your experience, skills, and potential alignment with the role and our company culture. Because we review each application individually, response times may vary depending on application volume, but we are committed to keeping candidates informed throughout the process.
One-Way Interview
Selected candidates will be invited to complete a one-way video interview. Candidates will receive a link to record responses to five interview questions at a time that works best for them.
As a fully remote company, strong communication and comfort in a virtual environment are important to us. This stage helps us get to know your personality, communication style, and how you present yourself in a remote setting beyond what’s written on your resume.
Zoom Interview
Candidates who advance from the one-way interview stage will be invited to a live Zoom interview with the Hiring Manager and/or other team members.
Depending on the role, there may be two rounds of Zoom interviews. For select creative or technical positions, candidates may also be asked to complete a paid test project so we can better evaluate role-specific skills in a real-world scenario.
Verbal Offer
Final candidates will receive a verbal offer via phone call. We believe this step should feel personal — it gives us the opportunity to officially congratulate you, review the details of the offer together, answer any questions you may have, and ensure both sides feel confident before moving forward with formal paperwork.
Background Check
After acceptance of the verbal offer, candidates will receive a secure link from Yardstik to initiate the background check process. Completion of the background check is required prior to finalizing employment.
Offer Letter
Once the background check has been successfully completed, candidates will receive a formal written offer letter through Rippling. Candidates will have 48 hours to review and sign the offer documentation.
Onboarding & Training
Approximately one week prior to your start date, new hires will receive an onboarding email containing login credentials, system access instructions, and important information to help prepare for day one.
To support a smooth transition into the company, managers will provide a structured 30, 60, and 90-day training plan tailored to the role and department. In addition, our HR team is committed to supporting every new hire’s success by scheduling check-ins at the 10-day, 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day milestones. These check-ins are designed to answer questions, provide support, gather feedback, and ensure new team members feel confident, connected, and set up for long-term success.
